At Akoustone, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that custom-made or modified acoustic products are non-refundable.
